There was little change within the <strong data-start=\"232\" data-end=\"242\">top 10<\/strong> of both the men\u2019s and women\u2019s singles lists\u2014<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Darko_Jorgi%C4%87\"><strong data-start=\"287\" data-end=\"303\">Darko Jorgi\u0107<\/strong><\/a> moved up one spot, while <strong data-start=\"329\" data-end=\"363\">China\u2019s rising star Xiang Peng<\/strong> dropped one place. Meanwhile, <strong data-start=\"394\" data-end=\"412\">Hugo Calderano<\/strong>, fresh off his men\u2019s singles victory at the WTT Star Contender Ljubljana, remained World No. 3. In the women\u2019s singles, champion <strong data-start=\"542\" data-end=\"559\">Miyu Nagasaki<\/strong> hit a career-best ranking of <strong data-start=\"589\" data-end=\"599\">No. 20<\/strong>, and former World No.1 <strong data-start=\"623\" data-end=\"637\">Zhu Yuling<\/strong> climbed to <strong data-start=\"649\" data-end=\"659\">No. 13<\/strong>, inching closer to a return to the elite tier.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"708\" data-end=\"760\">Ranking Changes Driven by Tournament Adjustments<\/h3><p data-start=\"762\" data-end=\"832\">This week\u2019s changes were primarily influenced by three ranking events:<\/p><ol data-start=\"834\" data-end=\"1033\"><li data-start=\"834\" data-end=\"897\"><p data-start=\"837\" data-end=\"897\"><strong data-start=\"837\" data-end=\"894\">New points from the 2025 WTT Star Contender Ljubljana<\/strong>,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"898\" data-end=\"962\"><p data-start=\"901\" data-end=\"962\"><strong data-start=\"901\" data-end=\"955\">Point expiration from the 2024 WTT Lagos Contender<\/strong>, and<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"963\" data-end=\"1033\"><p data-start=\"966\" data-end=\"1033\"><strong data-start=\"966\" data-end=\"1030\">Point expiration from the 2024 WTT Lima Youth Star Contender<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><p data-start=\"1035\" data-end=\"1130\">Of the three, the <strong data-start=\"1053\" data-end=\"1072\">Ljubljana event<\/strong> had the most weight and consequently, the biggest impact.<\/p><p data-start=\"1132\" data-end=\"1438\">Despite <strong data-start=\"1140\" data-end=\"1154\">Team China<\/strong> sending 21 players to Ljubljana, they <strong data-start=\"1193\" data-end=\"1235\">failed to reach any of the five finals<\/strong>, limiting the overall point gains. As a result, <strong data-start=\"1284\" data-end=\"1298\">Xiang Peng<\/strong>, who was ranked No. 9, dropped to <strong data-start=\"1333\" data-end=\"1343\">No. 10<\/strong>.
