This is one fantastic forehand rubber!
So much spin, makes the looping a breeze. The loops have a massive amount of spin so even the slow loops are lethal.
when hitting harder the sponge activates and gives it another gear. Smashes are really fast and makes a lovely clicking sound.
I can sincerely recommend this rubber!

Rubber delivered on time in good condition. This rubber is very good, fast and with a lot of grip/spin. I’m using it on BH on Loki Honor ALC blade. It’s too fast for FH.

Rubber is very tacky, using it with protection sheet.
Control is amazing whether it is chop or block.
They say to engage the rubber one has to hit it hard. I did so with both FH and BH but I haven’t felt so, like I felt with 37° which I am using on FH, on slightly higher power the rubber engages so well like when I loop it with 80% power, it fires a bullet, that kick I haven’t felt with this rubber.
this is only for those who really have powerful backhand like kreanga but this rubber is worth a try.

This rubber is something else.
first bounce always feels like rubber is cheap and dead. but once the ball bounces on all its surface it becomes bouncy like some hard sponge tenergy.
I have 37 degree player edition on Forehand but STN feels even better sometimes as one can make kreanga like cannonshot with proper technique as the grip is superb and tacky.
my backhand improved a lot with it.
the rubber is linear once engages like more power means more speed and the engaging power is moderately low means one cannot make tenergy like loop one has to move racket more forward to make powerful loop

The rubber is wonderful. It is quick, can play right after opening, no need to boost. It is not sticky, how I would expect, but very grippy, it is possible to create a very strong spin. Control is amazing. Uncut weight 66gr. Im very satisfied with the purchase.

The New Target National has officially become my main forehand rubber. After seeing PingPongSunday talk about it, I decided to give it a try — and I fell in love instantly. The spin is insane, the control feels unbelievably solid, and the rubber plays beautifully straight out of the package. I didn’t even need to boost it. Every shot feels clean, powerful, and confident. This rubber is just nice in every way.

I tried it after playing with dhs hurricane neo III and my forehand topspin is lot harder and faster. I think it is a good rubber if you want to play your topspins low and fast. If you think about trying it out, then you should definetlly try it.

Delivery great! Tested the New Target National on my forehand with an off/off+ blade. Out of the box great spin, control, placement with decent speed. Needed only a short time to get used to it. Recommended!

The best FH rubber! I always get this in black for my forehand. It plays like a great spinning chinese rubber but with a slight springy feel when you get ahold of it on a good loop shot. I get this for my son’s FH rubber too. I use a Nittaku Septear blade, and my son uses a Sanwei V5 Pro blade for reference.

put it on a viscarioid blade, works wonders, a direct feel, no boosting needed although react well to booster. it’s fast but easier than h3 both in speed generation and spin generation. the ceiling is a little lower. the tack was there but not excessive. Overally great feeling rubber, very light for a chinese one and very long lasting
