Harimoto Tomokazu started the match more aggressively, while Lim Jong-hoon was slow to enter the state of mind, although the middle part of the game still played his backhand and line advantage, but Harimoto Tomokazu eventually stabilised and refused to be overturned by the opponent, and eventually in the latter part of the game again opened the gap and took the first place with 11-7.
Harimoto Tomokazu took the lead again in the second set but was overtaken at 4-5, but he followed up with a speedy game and soon had set point at 10-6, before hitting a lucky shot to the side of the court to take the next set at 11-6.

The third set was completely one-sided, with Harimoto Tomokazu almost shaving Lim Jong-hoon’s head, and eventually taking the win by a wide margin of 11-1, thus pushing the Korean player into a 3-0 lead, and only one step away from victory.
In the fourth set, Lim Jong-hoon was on the back foot but soon lost three points in a row and had no choice but to call a time-out to make adjustments.
