The Japan Table Tennis T-League is in full swing, and on 5 January Beijing time, the focus of the duel broke out again. In the first set of doubles, Nippon Life sent Sasao Akira / Tian Zhixi (Korea) to face the opposite ‘double chipping’ combination of Hashimoto Fanaika / Sato Hitomi, the latter two not long ago in the WTT Fukuoka Finals won the title in a row Sun Yingsha / Wang Yidi, Chen Xingtong / Qian Tianyi, Odo Sazuki / Yokai Sakizakura, this time the same play hero, won 11-3, 11-0 sweep of the opponent, and then won 11-3, 11-0 sweep of the opponents. 3, 11-0, thus taking the first point for her team.

Zheng came back from 0-1 and 1-2 down to win the deciding set 3-2, and then won the deciding set by 2 points (8-11, 11-8, 5-11, 11-7, 11-7) to get back a point for her team.
However, Natsumi Akae was unable to withstand the pressure in the fourth set and was taken down 3-1 by Sakura Yokoi (11-10, 11-7, 7-11, 11-3), thus ending the match 3-1 for the Japanese paint team.
