ITTF RANKING

In December 1926, London hosted the World Table Tennis Championships, which was the culmination of the ITTF’s first International Tournament in Berlin.the ITTF implemented several rule changes at the end of the year 2000 to make table tennis a more attractive spectator sport. The old 38mm balls were replaced with 40mm ones.Increasing the air resistance of the ball slowed the game down. The ITTF relocated its Hastings headquarters to Lausanne in 2003 and established the ITTF Museum.
The ITTF took over the para table tennis governance in 2007. After an ITTF executive meeting held in Guangzhou (Guangdong), China, several rule changes were announced regarding a player’s eligibility to join a new association. This new rule was designed to encourage associations in developing their own players.
Petra Sorling, a Swedish national, is the current president. Sorling is the current president of the ITTF. She was elected in 2021.
Chen Meng
Chen Meng, a Chinese professional table tennis player. Chen Meng was born in China on January 15, 1994. She joined the Chinese National Team at age 13 and won the Women’s Singles title of the ITTF Women’s World Cup. ITTF World Tour Grand Finals in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020. She also won the WTT Singapore Smash.
Chen Meng is a highly accomplished Chinese professional table tennis player. She began her journey in table tennis at a young age, joining the provincial team at 9 and the national team at 13. Chen has achieved numerous accolades throughout her career.
Chen won the ITTF Women’s World Cup Grand Finals and ITTF World Tour Grand Finals in 2020. Chen also won the inaugural WTT Singapore Smash. She also won silver at the World Table Tennis Championships 2019 in women’s solos, and double gold in the Summer Olympics 2020.
Chen has achieved a lot since her childhood. Chen won four golds in 2011 at the World Junior Table Tennis Championships for girls’ singles and doubles as well as mixed doubles and team.
Chen continued her success in Tokyo in 2021, when she competed in both the women’s singles event and team competition. In the women’s singles final, she defeated her Chinese compatriot Sun Yingsha to win the gold. Chen won the gold in women’s team competition along with Sun Yingsha, Wang Manyu and Wang Yingsha.
Throughout Chen’s career she has shown resilience, mental preparedness, and sought guidance from more experienced players such as Ma Lin and Li Xiaoxia. She has shown her skill and dedication on the court despite many challenges.
Shin Yu-bin
Shin Yu-bin (Korean: 신유빈; born 5 July 2004) is a South Korean table tennis player
Shin, a South Korean athlete, was chosen for the national team of South Korea at the Asian Games in 2023. Shin competed at the Asian Games in 2023, where she won matches in the preliminaries and advanced to the semi-finals of various categories. Shin took home a mixed doubles bronze and gold medals in the women’s duals. This was the first Asian Games gold for South Korea in the last 21 years.

Adriana Yamila Diaz Gonzalez is a talented Puerto Rican table tennis player. Diaz, who is sponsored by both Butterfly and Adidas, is a talented Puerto Rican table tennis player.
Diaz has had a successful professional career. She made her Dabang Smashers début in the Ultimate Table Tennis League where she beat notable players like Bernadette Zocs.
On January 30, 2022, Diaz and her sister Melanie were both ranked 5th in the category of Women’s doubles pairs by the International Table Tennis Federation.
