The difference between ALC and Kevlar


Carbon fiber vs Kevlar, Arylate Carbon(ALC) is a type of fiber, Kevlar belongs to Arylate which is a strong, heat-resistant synthetic fiber, related to other aramids such as Nomex and Technora.  ALC weaving Arylate and Carbon fibers together, Carbon fiber is identical to Arylate fiber, but the only difference between it and Kevlar (Kevlar), fiber is carbon fiber. Both Kevlar and AL fiber are essentially made from arylate fibers. 

People use Arylate-Carbon in popular Butterfly blades, such as the VISCARIA or TIMO BOLL ALC. ALC fibers provide a characteristic spin-oriented touch with increased dwell time compared to their hardness and are well-suited to versatile topspin play, especially among players with advanced technique. Performance of ALC and Kevlar in table tennis

Many big table tennis companies use them to make their table tennis blades. ALC and Kevlar are becoming increasingly popular in the table-tennis world because of their excellent performance.  Kevlar transmits the impact force to the contact point’s periphery. The purpose of Kevlar is to reduce the sharp impact and eliminate the ability to hit a ball, and it can have the effect of eating the ball and shock absorption when used on the racket. 

We don’t want the energy from ping pong to be taken away, but we would rather see the energy bounce back. AL is such a fiber that it can deform under force and quickly recover the deformation and return the energy to the table before the table tennis leaves. It is able to eat the ball and has greater lethality. Al fiber braided carbon fiber is likely because AL has too little ductility. To prevent AL from eating the ball too deep, add C.

Why choose Arylate Carbon table tennis blade?

Arylate Carbon (also known as Kevlar), has many applications, ranging from bicycle tires and racing sails to Table Tennis Sport. by this measure it is five times stronger than steel. 

Froster blue arylated carbon is a composite of blue arylate and carbon fiber. It has the advantage of combining the toughness of the blue Arylate with the high Modulus of the carbon fiber. The composite fiber can be woven to increase ball holding time and rotation (compared to the pure carbon-added blades). This is technically balanced between elasticity and rotation.

ALC are thin carbon layers that are usually placed between wood layers. It is the carbon interlayer in the wood floor. This provides stronger strength and faster speeds, and also requires more professional skills.
